Local Pickup
To avoid shipping charges, food products can be picked up at the following location:

Pickup hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (listed hours are in Pacific Time).
All FAI Merchandise items are not available for in-store pick up and need to be shipped to an address at this time. For any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to shop@foodallergyinstitute.com.
Approved Shipping Destinations
The FAI Store currently ships to the following six countries:
- United States
- Australia (excludes milk powders)
- Canada (excludes milk powders)
- Hong Kong
- Israel (excludes milk powders)
- United Kingdom
Domestic Shipping Rates
For domestic shipments, the FAI Store uses shipping rates from both the USPS and UPS. These rates are determined by the carrier and are based on product weight, package dimensions, and order destination. Rates are listed at order checkout.
International Shipping Rates
For international shipments, the FAI Store uses shipping rates provided by UPS. These rates are determined by the carrier and are based on product weight, package dimensions, and order destination. Rates are listed at order checkout.
International Customs
Occasionally, a destination country's customs agency may withhold an FAI Store order. In these cases, customs agents will typically contact the package receiver (i.e. the ordering patient family) directly to inform them of information needed for the parcel's release. The FAI Store is unable to expedite customs clearance. Customs correspondence should be handled directly by the package recipient.
PLEASE NOTE: The FAI Store will not pay any customs fees incurred by international shipments. These fees must be paid by the receiver.
